My place has electricity failure problem. What is the suggestion for me for OLRC course? |
- If you are plannning to have a new system, opt of laptop/netbook with good power backup. These have become cheap these days and continue to become cheaper. There are laptops available with 2 hr.- 8 hr. backup time at reasonable price. A small UPS can handle the modem power requirement. Laptop/netbook will help you in your future career also.
- If you have desktop, you need UPS with enough backup time keeping in view the extent of electricity problem in your area. Note that for the safely of hard disk, a desktop anyway should have UPS. The modem should be connected to the UPS as well.
- You always will have the round the clock access to recordings.
